The Crystal Clear standard is to aggressively dispute, so you get a quicker turnaround instead of stretching the process out over years. We also believe in transparency — every client is upgraded to trackable postage via Priority Mail or Ground Advantage whenever disputes are mailed.
Every package comes with up to 6 rounds of disputes. Each round typically runs 30–45 days, since the bureaus and creditors legally have 30 days to respond to what we send. If your results come back sooner, our team kicks off the next round for free — it doesn't count against your 6. We're responsible for cleaning whatever negative accounts were on your report by the 1st round. New negatives that show up during credit repair may carry additional fees if excessive.
If you're starting service with us, you'll need to keep the credit monitoring active — it's how we track your progress and reference your report throughout the dispute process. If you're not ready to proceed, you can cancel the MyScoreIQ monitoring within 7 days.
